주소(住所) 「명사」  

「1」 사람이 살고 있는 곳이나 기관, 회사 따위가 자리 잡고 있는 곳을 행정 구역으로 나타낸 이름. 발신인 주소.

     주소를 바꾸다. 주소를 옮기다.

     나는 정확한 주소는 모르지만 그가 살고 있는 동네는 알고 있었다.

     형사는 용의자에게 이름, 주소 따위를 물었다.

     아무도 그녀의 주소를 아는 사람이 없다.

「2」『법률』실질적인 생활의 근거가 되는 장소. 법인인 경우에는 주된 사무소나 본점을 이른다. ≒주지.

「3」 『정보·통신』데이터가 저장되어 있는 기억 장소의 위치. 또는 그것을 나타내는 수. 바이트(byte)를 단위로 부여한다. ≒번지, 어드레스.

An address is a collection of information, presented in a mostly fixed format, used to give the location of a building, apartment, or other structure or a plot of land, generally using political boundaries and street names as references, along with other identifiers such as house or apartment numbers and organization name. Some addresses also contain special codes, such as a postal code, to make identification easier and aid in the routing of mail.
